Description:
This is a 6 inch, 3-layer cake available in the following flavors:
Dulce de Leche: A vanilla sponge cake filled with Dulce de Leche and pastry cream filling. Decorated with French Buttercream, alfajores, merengues and a white chocolate drip.
Tres Leches Flavor: A vanilla sponge cake filled with vanilla pastry cream and dulce de leche layers and lightly soaked with tres leches syrup. Decorated with French Buttercream, alfajores, merengues and a white chocolate drip.
*Note: This is a lightly soaked Tres Leches and is covered in French Buttercream instead of whipped cream or Merengue frosting for cake design purposes.
Red Velvet: A rich red velvet cake filled with cream cheese buttercream and topped with alfajores, merengues and a white chocolate drip.
Servings: 8 - 10 servings
Dry/Moist Level: Moderately Moist
Order atleast 4 days in advance or until spots fill up.
