Our Coco Hoops (our gluten-free version of a Samoa cookie) are truly a handcrafted delight, baked using our very own gluten-flour blend, cage-free eggs, butter, and pure Mexican vanilla extract. They are layered with a creamy Dulce de Leche, topped with fresh toasted coconut shavings and drizzled with milk chocolate.
Each Coco Hoop cookie comes measures about 2.5 inches in diameter.
