About Our Freshly Baked Products

Dulceology offers direct delivery of our gourmet fresh - baked cookies in the metropolitan areas of Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia. We also offer our wholesale products via shipping across all 50 states. service restaurants, hotels, convention sites, caterers, hospitals, schools, delis, coffee shops, grocery stores, golf courses, airlines and many more fine establishments.

We have created 13 delicious gourmet cookie varieties in many different sizes to cater specifically to your customers needs. Our cookies are available in 1oz., 1.4oz. (“Catering”), 2 oz., 3 oz., and 4 oz. sizes. We offer bulk as well as individual packaged cookies.

We also offer our gourmet cookies in pre-portioned dough drops blast frozen and available through food service distributors. For potential customers in our delivery area as well as outside of it, please contact us for the distributor of our frozen products near you.

Dulceology has always been committed to offering a superior product at a reasonable price. Our quality gourmet cookies are the perfect addition to any dessert line in a conference room or restaurant banquet. Storage & Shelf life

  • Traditional Alfajores: up to 14 days (Room temp, in airtight container) 
  • Chocolate Covered Alfajores: up to 21 days (Room temp, refrigerated, airtight) 
  • Cupcakes: up to 3 days (Refrigerated) 
  • Layer Cakes: up to 4 days (Refrigerated) 
  • Macarons: up to 2 days (Refrigerated, 1 month frozen) 
  • Tartlets: up to 2 days (Refrigerated) 
  • Tres Leches Cake: up to 3 days (Refrigerated) 
  • Iced Cookies & Confectionery: See packaging label

*However, for maximum taste and a soft moist texture we recommend that all our cakes should be enjoyed at room temperature and on the day of purchase. Remove cupcakes from the fridge 30 minutes before consumption, and layer cakes 1 to 2 hours in advance. Fresh, un-iced cakes and cupcakes with sugar decorations should be collected as close to the required event as possible as they should not be stored in the fridge for more than 2 hours. Sugar decorations can melt or collapse in cold, damp conditions. Cookies, and confectionery items should be stored at room temperature and in dry conditions.
