Q & A
Freshly Baked Products
At Dulceology, all of our cookies, cakes, cupcakes and pastries are freshly baked and crafted by hand, each day. We are proud to have a team of pastry and cake artists who take great passion in what they do and in making sure that each item is as yummy and cute as can be. Our products are available for in-store pickup (starting in March 2020), local delivery or nationwide shipping.

Handling & Delivery
When collecting cakes, please handle with the utmost care. Bags and boxes must be held upright and level at all times to avoid decorations from falling off a cake or a cupcake from toppling over. Please refrain from holding more than one bag in one hand as this will make the cakes tilt and slide towards the side of the cake box. We at Dulceology cannot be held liable for damaged items once they have been handed over to the customer.
After leaving the premises, please transfer your fresh cakes into the fridge as soon as possible and keep them away from direct sunlight and heat sources. If transporting by car, place them onto a level, non-slip surface and avoid bumpy roads.
We highly recommend our local delivery option for all two-tiered cakes and larger to ensure their safe arrival.
*A small local delivery fee may apply, please call and book accordingly

Fresh, un-iced cakes and cupcakes with sugar decorations should be collected as close to the required event as possible as they should not be stored in the fridge for more than 2 hours. Sugar decorations can melt or collapse in cold, damp conditions. Cookies, and confectionery items should be stored at room temperature and in dry conditions. For shelf life information please refer to the packaging label on your purchase.
Dietary & Allergen Information
All our products are made in a kitchen and on equipment that handles NUTS, GLUTEN (WHEAT), DAIRY, & EGG (a more detailed list of allergens can be found in the description of each product page on our online shop). To prevent any cross-contamination we have established our own allergen routine which includes a thorough cleaning and sanitizing of the kitchen and twice a week production of gluten-free baked goods.
