Dulce de Leche: A vanilla sponge cake filled with Dulce de Leche and pastry cream filling. Decorated with Swiss Merengue Buttercream, alfajores, merengues and a chocolate drip.
Strawberry Cream Cake: A vanilla sponge cake filled with fresh whipped cream, freshly topped strawberries and vanilla pastry cream layers. Decorated with Vanilla swiss buttercream frosting, alfajores, merengues and a chocolate drip.
Chocolate Dulce de Leche Cake: A moist chocolate cake filled with vanilla Swiss buttercream. Decorated with vanilla buttercream frosting, alfajores, merengues and a chocolate drip.
