Our eclairs are a truly an artisan piece of work. Each early morning our bakers prepare a fresh pastry choux paste that is then baked and filled with our housemade traditional vanilla pastry cream.
We use no artificial flavorings or preservatives in our pastries. As this is a fresh product, best enjoyed within 24 hours of pickup. Keep refrigerated.
